The Champ VMV LED Series now includes luminaires with IECEx / ATEX approval, meeting the following certifications:

IECEx/ATEX:

• Zone 2 (gas)

• Ex II 3 G Ex nA II (T4 at 55ºC)

• Ex II 3 G Ex nA II (T5 at 40ºC)

• Wet location, IP66

• Type of protection: nA

Certificate of Conformity:

• IECEx UL10.0008

• DEMKO 10 ATEX 0915702 (gas)

Relevant Standards:

• EN60079-0:2006

• EN60079-15:2006

This certification enhancement provides Cooper Crouse-Hinds with new opportunities to promote and sell the already successful Champ LED.
